For shipments outside the European Union:

Damage During Transit
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your meteorite arrives damaged due to shipping:

Provide clear photographs of the damage and packaging.
Claims submitted outside this timeframe or without photographic evidence cannot be accepted.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
MBS Meteorite is not liable for orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect address information.
